AbstractProxyConnection	A helper class for constructing connections that are really just proxies on top of other connections.
AbstractProxyConnection.ProxiedChangeListener	ProxiedChangeListener provides a change listener to modify the source of the event to the outer connection from the (inner) proxied connection.
