                 MongoDbConfiguration config)

Creates a connection to the address provided.

Parameters:

server - The MongoDB server to connect to.

config - The configuration for the Connection to the MongoDB server.

Returns:

The Connection to MongoDB.

Throws:

IOException - On a failure connecting to the server.
